01 Acceptance of Terms

09 Suspension & Account Closure

BDBajee VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended for investigation, BDBajee VIP will contact you via the email address registered to your account. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent further harm.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming reasons or any other reason — can do so by contacting BDBajee VIP support.
